1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the Rishu Key Jutsu standalone computer game software ("Game") and the official Rishu Key Jutsu website ("Website").
By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or using Rishu Key Jutsu, you agree to these Terms between you and Rishu Key Jutsu, operating under the name 'Rishu Key Jutsu' ("Rishu Key Jutsu," "Rishu Key Jutsu," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms describe the rights and conditions applicable to your use of Rishu Key Jutsu.
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rishu Key Jutsu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute one copy of the Game on a compatible personal device solely for your non-commercial personal entertainment and touch-typing skill practice.
3. License Restrictions
Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you agree that you shall NOT:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Game or any portion thereof;
- Upload, host, or transmit unauthorized copies of the Game executable or data packages onto file-sharing sites, torrent indexes, or unauthorized mirrors;
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code or raw resource packages from the Game binary except to the extent permitted by compulsory law;
- Extract, rip, or separate individual proprietary audio files, sprite sheets, artwork, shaders, or character rigs for standalone reuse;
- Bypass, alter, or tamper with digital rights management (DRM) or platform authentication mechanisms provided by authorized storefronts;
- Create malicious modifications or software wrappers designed to misrepresent the origin or ownership of Rishu Key Jutsu.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Game, including its original source code, GDScript logic, stickman combat animations, custom arena shaders, level progression curricula, UI design systems, and original artwork, is owned by Rishu Key Jutsu and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Rishu Key Jutsu retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, excluding third-party open-source components explicitly identified in licenses.html.
5. Third-Party Components & Open Source
Rishu Key Jutsu incorporates third-party open-source engine software, font libraries, and royalty-free audio assets. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party materials to Rishu Key Jutsu or Rishu Key Jutsu.

- Typography: Outfit, Space Grotesk, and Inter font families distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Audio Assets: Royalty-free combat foley and embedded audio assets licensed under Mixkit Sound Effects Free License, CC0 1.0 Universal, and Pixabay Content License.

6. Storefront Platforms & Digital Delivery
Rishu Key Jutsu may be distributed through third-party storefronts or distribution platforms. Where applicable, purchases, payment processing, refunds, and digital delivery may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable platform.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and processing may be governed by the refund policy of the storefront or payment platform through which the Game was purchased, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
8. Updates & Patching
Software updates, patches, bug fixes, or balance adjustments for the Game may be released from time to time. Where applicable, updates are delivered through your distribution storefront platform.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYJUTSU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KEYJUTSU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME OR WEBSITE.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provisions applicable to a particular transaction or distribution platform will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the relevant platform terms.
